Thursday

  • Arrival at Vail (Eagle) airport.

  • Check in to lodging.

  • AA Meeting in Avon, CO.

  • Dinner at Craftsman in Edwards, CO.

Like navigating white water rapids, recovery requires courage, balance, and support. At Recovery and Wellness Services, Dr. Steve Pulley helps clients build the resilience and confidence to move through life’s challenges with strength.

Friday

  • Coffee and Breakfast catered to the lodge.

  • Group White Water Rafting along the Colorado River.

  • Lunch on the water.

  • Physical Recovery at Gravity Haus: sauna, cold-plunge, steam, Himalayan salt rooms, Normatech Boots, and stretching.

  • Guided breathwork class, followed by a soundbath from local yoga instructor, Kait Musick

  • Vail Valley Retreat Closed Recovery Meeting

  • Dinner @ Mountain Standard in Vail Village

Saturday

  • To prepare for an eventful day, we will have catered coffee and breakfast to go.

  • Recovery meeting in Edwards, CO.

  • Group Fly Fishing Experience with Clay Hansen.

  • Lunch on the water.

  • Hike to Beaver Creek Lake.

  • Dinner cooked together at home.

Sunday

  • Coffee and breakfast will be provided.

  • Recovery Meeting in Avon, CO.

  • On your last day, you will have the option to get on a mountain bike, road bike, or recover with contrast therapy at Gravity Haus.

  • Depending on your flight time, we will make sure you arrive safely to the airport and say our goodbyes.
